1. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Singapore SME Hosting services operated by APPTOOLS ("we", "us"), you agree to use our hosting services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate Singapore's anti-spam laws.
• Host, transmit, or link to illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data.
• Use the service for cryptocurrency mining, high-load automated processes, or activities that degrade shared hosting performance.
• Store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your hosting account without refund.

2. Service Description

We provide shared website and email hosting for Singapore SMEs. You must own your domain before applying. We do not provide domain registration, registrar checkout, or live cPanel account creation in the current version.

3. Plans & Billing

We offer two plans: the Zero Dollar Plan (free, no contract) and the $10 Plan (S$10/month, month-to-month). Optional add-ons for disk space and email mailboxes are available on both plans. We do not capture credit card details during the application process; billing is arranged after activation.

4. Verification & Activation

After submitting your application, we email you a 6-digit verification code with a one-click confirm link. You must verify your email by entering the code or clicking the link. Once verified, our staff review and activate your hosting. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

5. Data Protection (PDPA)

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). See our Privacy Policy for details. We collect only the data necessary to provide hosting services: name, company, work email, mobile number, and domain.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
